Leadership Training

"Active Pedagogy" aims at helping the learner become an actor in his learning and build his own knowledge through active involvement in specifically designed self-discovery situations.

Participants will acquire a variety of tools through an entertaining atmosphere and active educational exercises switching between theory and one-on-one practical exercises. During the exercises, trainees will work in pairs while rotating partners. This method will also contribute to the team building dimension of the event.
