Yashar Cihan
Professor of Applied Economics at the Haute Ecole de Bruxelles (HEB) since 1999, after a 15-year career in the Corporate Business field as executive and lead negotiator.
He is also the founder of BreathingStone , a Brussels-based company offering professional training and executive coaching for international corporates.
Yashar Cihan specialized in Strategic Negotiation, Conflict Management, Mediation, Facilitation, Efficient Communication as well as Stress Management and Burnout. Post-graduated in Pedagogy and highly focused on training and coaching efficiency, he devised a dedicated approach for business professionals using Active Pedagogy and Socio-constructivism. He acts as consultant advising corporates and individuals on negotiation strategy.
Economist, computer scientist and educationalist, he has also trained at the harsh school of martial arts, which he has been practicing for more than 35 years. He has more than 30 years of experience in coaching and teaching various disciplines for the Belgian Federation, and is a highly ranked master and founder of Brussel’s leading martial arts school.
